She has held several directorships in profit and non-profit organizations, held chair or vice-chair positions. Having been on both sides of the fence as an officer and a corporate director, and as a legal professional, she can create balanced guidance to optimize available resources, evaluate the legal needs of an executive team as well as the needs of the corporation and the individual. Lisane is currently Chair of the Board and Corporate Secretary of CLEMEX Technology (TSX V).
