  As a Management Trainee, I have embarked on a transformative journey of professional growth. The invaluable one-year experience has enriched my understanding of banking operations and the strategic functioning of financial institutions.Throughout the program, I have successfully completed two rigorous training modules. A pivotal aspect of my training was achieving certification from BIBM in Banking Foundation. This comprehensive course encompassed vital banking modules such as International Trade Financing, Banking Laws, Risk Management, SME and Large Loan Management, as well as in-depth analysis processes and other pertinent components of Bangladesh's banking landscape.Furthermore, I undertook a six-month rotation within the realm of general banking, followed by three months of intensive immersion in key departments like CRM, Corporate Business, and Trade. These immersive experiences have significantly contributed to my knowledge and expertise, adding substantial value to my professional repertoire.In addition, I have acquired the following key proficiencies as a result of my training:Effective Client Communication and Customer Dispute Management: I have honed my skills in communicating professionally with clients and adeptly managing customer disputes. This has empowered me to maintain strong client relationships while efficiently resolving any conflicts that arise.Credit Memo Creation and Approval: I have gained hands-on experience in creating credit memos for credit approval processes.
