      Responsibilities and Achievements in Project Implementation and ManagementThe initiative to establish clusters of Model Gram Panchayats (GPs) in Tehri Garhwal, Uttarakhand, focusing on holistic and sustainable development through institutional strengthening and enhanced Gram Panchayat Development Plans (GPDPs). A key achievement was the representation of the Panchayati Raj Department during the G20 delegates' visit to GP-Ouni in May/June 2023. Facilitated the delegates' experience of the Model Gram Sabha, showcasing the local governance model and departmental schemes.Additionally, essential technical training on the e-gramswaraj portal and Panchayat Development Index (PDI) was provided to improve the efficiency of six Gram Panchayat offices in Model Cluster Narendranagar. The role extended to managing social service programs, including health camps, PMJAY enrolments, and welfare scheme applications, while ensuring adherence to policies and quality standards.Fiscal management for health, social, and economic development initiatives, including gender budgeting within the Panchayat Development Plan, was overseen. Educational programs for GP staff were also developed and delivered, aimed at enhancing social work quality and departmental performance.
