  Responsible for supporting, planning and coordinating of the training/coaching of employees in the lead up and during major investments at their sites. Helping to develop the pre and post support we give to general managers going through the investment process. As well as continuously working to develop the training we deliver, ensuring that it is relevant and engaging. Brands I support include Common Room, Town & Kitchen, Proper Pubs, Classics and Slug & Lettuce etc. Also responsible for the development of a team of Pre opening trainers. As well as helping to develop the training that Stonegate offers and supporting any AToP activities such as Alberts Evolution, training designed for our back ofHouse team leaders and Alberts Award, training designed for our front of house team leaders and apprenticeship activities within the company.
