In this position, I've applied kaizen techniques and fundamentally rewritten the production plans, refining them with customer needs foremost, and implementing new dynamic capacity planning tools to attain long-term MRP/ERP planning efficiencies. I've supported the reduction of wastes (muda, muri, mura) including Overprocessing, Inventory, Overproduction, and others. Took over a paper-printing process which moved data from the EDI mailbox to the Production plans, and built parsing and mapping tools in Excel to make the process paperless.
