  Mike Ivancic is a Vice President with Secure Properties, a family office co-investment platform focused on the investment, development, and management of single-tenant, net-lease retail and industrial properties globally. Mike joined Secure in 2023 and currently oversees the credit underwriting for new investment opportunities and oversight of the existing portfolio.Mike has thorough CRE underwriting experience, specializing in STNL nonrated credit. Prior to working with Secure, Mike most recently worked at withco where he was instrumental in establishing and implementing the company’s investment strategy and tenant underwriting process for acquisitions and portfolio management. Mike also worked at UC Funds, a private national CRE lender providing innovative capital solutions, and was a part of the investment team at Essential Properties Realty Trust (NYSE: EPRT), reviewing and underwriting over $800MM of transactions on an annual basis. Mike began his career at PwC in its Asset Management Assurance division auditing large-cap ETFs, hedge funds and mutual funds.He graduated with Highest Distinction from Emory University's Goizueta Business School with a degree in Finance and Accounting.
