As part of a Customer Service Department (CSD) providing technical solutions and support for our customers.- Responsible for SAHER Network, Install and configure SAHER remote site and provide it with network connectivity to Violation processing Center (VPC) and Disaster Recovery site (DR).- Maintain SAHER system connectivity for all remote sites (more than 150 sites) in Riyadh and Qaseem, VPC data center, and DR data center.- Prepare all the required documents for SAHER system and coordinate between the concerned team in order to implement new sites or for joined troubleshooting visits.- Build and maintain SAHER Disaster recovery data center and provide it with network connectivity with VPC as a stand by data center in case of any major failure in the main data center.- Build and maintain ERADA data center for data and ERP with high availability and high security level (Cisco ASA – Cisco IPS – Load balancer). عرض أقل
