  At the Botanical Garden woods in Coimbra, on the top of ancient trees right bellow their canopies, the Sky Garden Rope Courses Park was set-up to give awesome, fun and safe experiences to every visitor.Worked as a team leader coordinating the instructors during the activities, and was also instructor being part of the team.I was also taking care of the on-boarding of new instructors and provided them the necessary training on groups supervision and rescuing manouvers to operate with autonomy within the park.The maintenance and supervision of the technical aspects of the courses were also part of my daily morning duties, making sure safety was also guaranteed before the opening.   Created this business in order to share the beauty I see within Rock Climbing, and that led me to know great people from around the world, and to work with inclusion and social projects.Every session was taylor made for the people in it, as we were focused on really small groups, with shuttle services included. Was also responsible to pick the right instructors, in order to create good mood and psychologically safe environments during rock climbing sessions.As a trainer/ instructor I had the privilege to give people the tools they need to enjoy Climbing safely and autonomously, to enjoy themselves, the adventure and the outdoors.Had also great opportunities to use creativity, by mixing rock climbing skills and features with emotional inteligence for kids, leadership training for leaders through climbing, and climbing techniques for blind people.   At Bird (former CIRC) I had full autonomy on designing the routes during the fleet operations, and minimize the chance of Bird Scooters running out of battery entirely before going back to the warehouse.Had also to ensure strict maintenance of the vehicles to minimize downtime.Always cleaned and prepared the vehicles upon arrival and when put back in the market.Also as a team, we put together an effort of identifying high demand areas to increase ridership, in order to show more results to prove our point that the fleet should not leave Coimbra.   In Lunar, a Web3.0 start-up marketing agency, with a fast-paced environment where being a versatile person is valued, I had the chance to work with a great team of people in a remote-first environment, and develop a wide skill set in different areas as I never experienced before. - As a people person, diving into community management was an obvious and exciting choice for me.In community building I could get my hands on planning, executing and measuring Lunar Strategys's community engagement and growth since its creation, always with the goal of uniting and educating Web3 marketers eager to share their experiences and learn Web3 marketing with the Lunar courses in the Lunar Academy. The Discord setup technical skills I grew were also a major plus here.-Building relations and creating partnerships was also part of my days. Learning how to build cooperation between Lunar and Web3 Job Boards/Recruiters was an awesome experience, searching to deliver value to the Lunar Academy graduates on their next step moving forward. Connecting to new people and environments, and delivering value, is always something I looked forward to.- As I am passionate about personal growth, it was a fantastic experience to be a mentor of an internship program within the community management department. I got to onboard, plan and mentor intern's growing time in Lunar, assisting in all things related to raising awareness of clients' projects across various social media platforms, and also the daily tasks on community management.- Writing and communicating is also very sharp skill to have when contacting with a person or a group of people, so I got to further develop it too.
