Managing member and donor liaison related to reporting, facilitating and producing high quality and donor compliant reports, and supporting and capacity building of field teams in the area of donor reporting. Furthermore, it requires having increasing responsibilities on member relations, strengthening both donor compliance mechanisms and awards management systems in SC Lebanon. Overseeing the planning and prototyping for Save the Children`s youth livelihoods programming nationwide, by ensuring that the youth livelihoods are of a high technical quality and meet local market needs. This also necessitates designing monitoring processes for youth and livelihood interventions, and that the programs are continually assessed and solutions quickly put in place for any abrupt changes in the volatile context. Overseeing the implementation of the Education programming in Beirut and South areas, and technically advising on the education intervention with the Ministries of education and social affairs.
