I worked on the reductions counter, which enabled me to learn rudimentary sales techniques.

  I led and directed at an alternate provision for students with EDB challenges. it was an illuminating role, and I am pleased to have had the experience. However, as there is little room for career progression, I felt that the time was right for me to move back into mainstream education.

  I am approaching my fourth year at BA.In 2015-2016, I taught English language and literature on a maternity cover.In 2016-2017, I taught English and History, was awarded a TLR for PP with a focus on White Working Class Boys.In 2017-2018, I taught History and was promoted to Head of Year 10.This academic year, 2018-2019, I have been promoted to Director of Humanities, a school wide responsibility point for History and Geography.
