I created a hybrid hourly-based + success fee model, which provided more alignment between Scouts and my clients than traditional contingency recruiting. Some of my clients were ClassTag (later acquired by SchoolStatus) and Groundbreaker (later acquired by Janover, a NASDAQ-listed company).During the pandemic in 2019, my co-founder and I envisioned creating a bigger impact by leveraging LatAm talent and investing in best practices for integrating cross-border remote teams.The challenges expanded.
