Lead negotiator for the company and senior member of the Supply Chain Group.Accomplishments:• Project Manager - Lead all commercial aspects of a new brewery project including the selection of architects, construction manager, engineering services, brewing/packaging equipment, and support systems. The scope included the negotiation of a complicated land lease. The project was delivered on schedule and on budget. • Negotiation Trainer - Developed a course on negotiation and have presented to 90% of staff including Executives.
