Working in depth with psychometricians and subject matter experts from across the country, I manage the exam development process from start (Job Task Analysis) to finish (daily exam delivery at test centers across the U.S).In addition, in this role I have gained immense experience in the regulatory/licensing field. This includes working closely with a board of directors, policy research, reporting, presenting at national conferences, budgets and forecasting, as well developed a deep understanding of the regulatory and licensure realm.From supervising timelines, to brainstorming ideas and from managing multiple projects simultaneously, to problem solving in a pinch - the duties of this role are completed with a keen attention to detail and precision in execution.
