    I am an Automotive Aftersales expert who plans and delivers Aftersales channel growth, profitability and retention across my division. I have spent the last nine years working in Aftersales for both Honda (UK) and Omoda & Jaecoo (UK). My OEM experience extends to the procurement and launch of a number of strategic Aftersales programmes. These initiatives have delivered incremental profitability and retention. I have operated at various levels within the UK Manufacturer and well placed to deliver team, policy and process improvements. I am fluent in all Aftersales KPIs and have direct experience in leading service, parts and trade parts (including Bodyshop) departments across OEM, Franchise and Agency settings. I am an ambassador for respecting the individual and portraying honesty, integrity and trust in everything I do. I have: • Written Omoda & Jaecoo (UK) Aftersales Operating Standards for the UK. • Procured and launched the Omoda 5 (ICE & BEV) Service Plan. • Built and proposed Omoda & Jaecoo (UK) Aftersales Network Dealer Balance Scorecard. • Worked directly with Dealer Network Development to grow and establish new Omoda & Jaecoo (UK) Aftersales infrastructure, including site sign-off, training and systems implementation/integration. • Direct experience with Volkswagen Group Trade Parts, Service Aftermarket & Bodyshop, Business. I hold the knowledge of how and where to grow key independent and National Accounts, that will deliver year-on-year parts revenue growth. • Experience of working directly with Thatcham UK, Solus Bodyshop Group and itas to ensure that every vehicle is repaired Brand Standards. • Led, managed and developed a Team of Area Aftersales Managers at Honda (UK) across the UK and Northern Ireland. • Been the lead Omoda & Jaecoo (UK) Aftersales contact for DMS integtration with Keyloop and Pinewood. • Experienced Aftersales divisional manager with an in-depth and up-to-date understanding of the Aftersales Market. • An Automotive Aftersales Expert with direct experience of Manufacturer Regional Aftersales Management and Continuous Improvement implementation. • Accomplished communicator and presenter with a focus on building and maintaining strong, effective relationships with Business partners and colleagues. • Skilled team leader and loyal team player with an interest in supporting and developing individuals to reach their full potential.
