  Working from within the Department of Cyber Security and Digital Solutions, I direct the ICAT Project Management team and IT relationship between the crown corporation Build Nova Scotia, The Department of Public Works, The Department of Health and Wellness and Nova Scotia Health for all major Healthcare facility renovation projects across the province.Program Management of the Information Communications Automation Technology standardization, design and deployment for all Healthcare infrastructure projects across the province of Nova Scotia. Current portfolio includesover 30 new build infrastructure projects ranging in size from a capital investment of $1M CAD to over $2B CAD with a total design and construction of over 300,000.SQM. • Responsible for successful delivery of all Information Communication Automation Technology (ICAT) infrastructure provided by the ICT Services team, consultants and service providers.• Aligned Information Communication Automation Technology (ICAT) strategy with the project plans of the QEII New Generation, Cape Breton Regional and Major infrastructure projects. • Built the ICAT program office, recruited project managers (3) and established project teams to manage multiple projects across province with total ICAT budgets greater than $110M. Team Size currently 7.• Managed the advisory consultancy contract with ARUP as the provinces subject matter expert (SME) to ensure that redevelopment construction designs, functional program and master planning were provincially aligned. • Established the Healthcare Section within the Province’s Construction Design Guidelines DC-350 Structured Cabling Guidelines Rev. 08/14/20. • Accountable for directing and tracking all ICAT project-based decisions; including design, technical planning, coordination, procurement, testing and deployment across the Province.
