  During the summers I lived in the dirt with my coworkers while spending our sunny days taking youth on various adventures in the great outdoors such as rafting, rock-climbing, backpacking, and canyoneering. Our goal as a company is to help youth encounter nature, encourage them outside of their comfort zones and help them grow as individuals.
