Within three months, I was promoted to Head of Social. I designed a new online style guide for all content, revamped the logo and designed all talent search graphics. I also trained new social team members and worked with presenters to develop social content. Under my leadership, our Facebook page grew from an average reach of 50 per post in September 2017 to regularly achieving 10k+ reach per post in September 2018. This involves consistently finding creative ways to sell to the audience, using Zetta and running the desk.My shows on SPIN are as follows:– a bilingual music programme from 12-3pm Saturdays (networked)*– an Irish language music show from 5-7am Sundays (networked)– an English language from 9-12pm Sundays (on SPIN1038)I have also provided extensive cover for the Bauer planning producer, a role that involves a high level of attention to detail with production placement and seguing across brands. *From March 20th–present I am covering SPIN's entertainment news reporter six days a week. I have moved to the 10-12pm Saturdays entertainment show for the duration of this cover period. Show less
