  My role is to run quality checks on the agents work which the agents have carried out in order to make sure no errors have been made and if so to get the agent to amend the error and resend the report to our end client. Meetings are held to discuss the matters with feedback and to provide solutions to eradicate such errors and follow up with instructions.The agents validate information provided to client by their policyholders. This involved the collating of data from various internal sources in combination with a telephone interview conducted by the analyst.The interview with the subject of inquiry was conducted to obtain additional data, such as proprietor name & address, number of employees and the commenced trading date. The name & address details are then checked against the electoral register for confirmation. The analyst also searches trade directories and databases for any detrimental public record information such as County Court Judgments (CCJ’s).Along with this i am the team lead for the Quality Assurance team (QA). My duty is to make sure all respective QCs have carried out their tasks in order to meet the clients requirement and meeting the SLA on time and also delegate work when necessary.I send reports to the end client on a daily basis and other internal reports within the management and employees.
