  ProLaw Trainer

  Beginning as a client facing ProLaw trainer, I moved to a team which allowed me to leverage my training management skill and understanding of the corporate organizational learning needs to develop innovative training documents and course materials on a new team at Thomson Reuters Elite called Education Services. Later, as an internal professional development skills training, I was responsible for the ProLaw Educational and Engage Educational learning programs. I assisted in the creation of a boot camp program designed to onboard and quickly ramp up internal newly hired employees. In all aspects of my roles, I have created training programs, authored training documentation and delivered live training to include short/targeted e-learning video training. In my role, I delivered course content at the annual Client Conferences. Throughout my tenure, I have been instrumental in leading special projects, collaborating with clients and colleagues, developing solutions which promoted confidence in our products and led to significant wins. In 2005, our team was awarded the Special Achievement Award of Excellent by TR Corporate leadership for our work in creating the boot camp programs. Show less

  My title is Senior Educational Consultant. I work on a specially skilled training team chartered with two main objectives. 1) Ensure our internal staff are trained in the skill set they work in the Thomson Reuters Elite 3E software, and 2) Deliver great client experiences related to the Finance and Accounting knowledge. The team is comprised of very knowledgeable and experienced trainers who deliver skills based training in the suite of software. My individual target is two fold: 50% client facing, meaning that I have the enjoyable experience of traveling around the world in virtually every region and culture (London, Moscow, Paris, Frankfurt, USA, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Sydney). I meet client training needs in each division of the 3E software suite: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Invoice Management, Records, Conflicts, Document Management, etc. The 2nd 50% of my target deals with developing and maintaining training collateral and creating and delivering continuing education opportunities for internal staff.
