  Resilience incorporates effective stress management skills, energy management skills, and other skills with the overall goal to strengthen an individuals ability to bounce back from set back. With the fast pace, constant changing lifestyle of military service members and their families, Resilience is a skill that is a must have. As a Facilitator for Resiliency classes created by the University of Pennsylvania for the United States Army, I work with attendees in a workshop, classroom environment to learn how to understand and recognize stress triggers, effective communication, and to assist all attendees to uncover the hidden problems that can be stopping their success and improve resiliency.
