We will bridge the talented individuals by empowering them with the tools to make an impact in society. Our pilot project has successfully increased the wages of the Professional Cosmetologist in Allegheny County, Pittsburgh, PA and has raised the morale within Healthcare-Personal Care homes. S.A.L.O.N. acronym stands for Self-Sufficiency through Apprenticeship, Licensing, & OJT, Nationally.My program has successfully integrated the healthcare and beauty industries by including personal care, social, and human service skills within our workforce development training program using IV Phases of Health and Wellness.
