  Have almost 20 Years of experience with Verizon Wireless in various IT departments like application development, System test, UAT, Infrastructure, Production support, Production control, IT trouble ticket management, RACF (Security) and people/project management. I am considered an expert in SDLC across the organization by all the Developers, Testers, Peers, Management, and Industry. Was one of the Key note speakers during the CA World conference in November 2015 and presented a paper on AGILE transformation / Continuous Software delivery on the Mainframe. Current responsibilities include managing a team of Senior/Skilled Performance DBA’s, Configuration Management tool administrators (CA-ENDEVOR), Application developers and testers, both Onshore (across USA) and Off shore (India). Designed, built and maintain the code deployment process capable of supporting scheduled, adhoc and continuous code delivery. Also responsible for managing all the Non-production environments spread across 3 datacenters and refresh around 100 environments with data and software with approximately 1,000 DB2 tables environment. Collaborate with Open system users, Management and Mainframe systems admins for Operating System (Mainframe Z OS), Storage, MQ, CICS, DB2, Network, RACF for any kind of user issues or queries and act as a bridge between the Open system users/Management and the System admins.
