These classes consist of Spin, Aqua Aerobics, ETM, Circuits Run a WG scheme from the Leisure centre , where patients are referred from their health professionals for exercise. Provide individual consultations to clients for advice them to what exercise is suitable for them with their medical conditions.Provide safe and effective classes such as gentle exercise and other specific classes for conditions that I am trained in such as falls prevention, stroke rehab, cardiac rehab, pulmonary rehab,mental health and cancer.

  Initially I co tutored and assessed on YMCA awards level 2 gym course for Mon Academy, Monmouthshire County Councils Fitness and Leisure training provider and have recently, successfully tutored and assessed on YMCA awards Circuits, Indoor Cycling and Kettlebell qualifications and am currently working towards my IQA qualification.As part of my role for Mon Academy, I have coordinated all the administration, in regards to correspondence with YMCA awards, including IQA and EQA and the learners on the courses.   Working for Lifetime training I work remotely. However I am part of a large team of tutors, which I work closely with to support each other as well as our learners.I have gained skills working with big groups of learners to help them complete their various fitness qualifications, such as level 2 Gym, Exercise to Music, level 3 Personal training, Exercise Referral, Older Adults and and Post Natal Pregnancy. This includes interacting with learners on a daily basis, through various forms of communication, such as email, phone, skype, text and sometimes face to face.Also supporting the learners with their coursework and assess all their workbooks that they need to complete as part of their course, as well as video practical assessments.As well as these tasks I have to work with various systems in order to record learners interactions to evidence contact for weekly and monthly targets.Recently as part of my role, I was appointed as a Wellbeing Mentor. This involved working closely with Human Resources to support the welfare of employees, specifically for any individuals wishing to discuss Mental health concerns.In order for me to reach my targets, I have gained excellent organisation, and time management skills.Finally each month as a team we have CPD mornings in order for us to continuous develop ourselves as tutors.
