Available both online and in 220 physical stores with over 30% of the Swedish population, 3 million people, in the customer loyalty club.Supported the central Product Management & Sourcing department with their quarterly strategy plans; providing customer insights, leading change management, and managing stakeholders across other teams. Achievements:- Designed and implemented an assortment planning process across 45 product categories with a total average sales uplift estimated at 6%- Implemented three new off-the-shelf customer and competitor insights tools for the function: Prisjakt Analytics, Google Merchant Center, and Panelista which have been ranked as the most useful insights sources in an internal survey- Educated over 20 coworkers in the three-stage course for Power Pivot and advanced MS Excel analysis to improve internal analytics capability Show less Lead the development of a new corporate pricing strategy in collaboration with a team of BCG consultants to improve sales and profits.
