You introduce physical for virtual coffee packs to engage clients for meeting to chat business but also to have fun doing it. ✖️ You help then create new products that help your clients through this time like Askable Live and Askable+. Coupled with good listening skills and a bit of consulting, you bring on new clients, grow existing ones which then enables business growth by 113% in the first 12 months, then 250% in the following 12 months. ✖️ With revenue growth, sees the need for people growth. So I help with the Ops on that. Bringing in people is actually one of my favorite things about this role. It's tough to find great talent but through hosting awesome events, being involved in the community, and just listening to what other people want, it's actually not as bad as people make it out to be. Oh and in case you have no idea what Askable does: Askable exists for the legends who test, the ones that ask the hard questions and gain the real insights. Askable is a platform that lets you find and schedule the perfect participants in minutes, without the chaos. And I get to help grow this epic business in Australia and NZ 🥳Our Story: Askable was born through Orange Digital's innovation facility. We had experienced way too much frustration when it came to recruiting participants for user testing, so we fixed it.
