Had weekly executive board meeting to discuss changes and future plans for the club. Worked with the other officers to plan and successfully execute annual club events. Oversaw the financial side of the club by continuously monitoring and regulating the available club funds and budget. Verified requests by other officers for club expenditures.

      Youth Lacrosse Coach

Constructed drills and game-like situations for 1 hour private lessons. Worked sessions both independently as well as with coaching staff and players from Roberts Wesleyan College. My goal as a coach was to help the players I worked with build confidence both on and off the field. We consistently worked on mindset and confidence in playing abilities, as well as on solidifying save mechanics and improving reaction time, coordination and clearing abilities.

Worked to interconnect students within the program through social, career oriented and philanthropic activities and club events. Ensured all deadlines were met throughout the year and worked with other officers to create a welcoming environment within the program for incoming students. Worked closely with club advisor to ensure compliance with the PASA constitution and RIT guidelines. Functioned as a peer notetaker for the Department of Access Services in Advanced Spanish 1, Biochemistry, and General Chemistry 1 Lab. Took detailed notes during the respected class periods and uploaded them to an RIT webpage after class, so that the student(s) who requested the service could view them. Met with professor and fellow TAs for a half hour each week, assisted in grading in-class assignments, provided clarification and answered student questions during class, and worked to provide the class with a deeper and more thorough understanding of Biology.
