      ■ Engaged in school district’s diversity and inclusion initiatives by participating on the Equity Team. Mission to ensure equitable working conditions and education for all diverse members of the school community. Reviewed research, conducted district wide surveys and used information to develop and facilitating diversity and cultural sensitivity trainings. ■ Utilized Pennsylvania learning standards and school district student data to research textbook resources, write lessons and develop assessments for the social studies curriculum units including units on the Civil Rights Movement, WWII, Great Depression, Roaring 20’s, WWI and Age of Invention.■ Represented colleagues as 1 of 3 building union reps for the Great Valley Education Association.■ Chaired and managed budget of K.D. Markley Sunshine Committee.
