My core responsibilities included client platform enablement, the maintenance of accounts in trading and reporting applications and communicating with Global Sales, Traders and Middle Office. After three months I was assigned the additional responsibility of ensuring that the requests of the Bank’s platinum clients were dealt with within 24 hours. I became one of the main points of contact with the Development team and designed a streamlined procedure for a more efficient client enablement process on the Autobahn platform. Show less
