During my few weeks working in Bayside Senior School in 2008 I got the opportunity to put one of my hobbies to use in a workplace. For these few weeks I took the classes in the School for P.E. for me this was a good experience as I was authorised responsibility to meet the needs of young students in terms of physical education while also being a school student myself. I was able to put motivational and organisational skills that I have observed by sports coaches and teachers over the year to use myself. Show less

      Barman

I am currently working as a Barman in Naomh Mearnog GAA Club. During my time spent i have enjoyed it. When the Bar is busy it is a very fast paced job and in order to provide good quality customer service things need to be done quickly, as opposed to many cases from my experience working in retail where good customer service while in some cases needs to be quick, many times it also requires attention to detail and informing customers about the product they are wishing to purchase. However working at pace is something I enjoy because of the satisfaction and adrenalin rush you get from it. Show less
