  WHO WE AREXcel Movement and Performance is a mobile clinic consisting of physical therapy and performance enhancement services. Whether you are an elite level athlete, weekend warrior or stay at home mom, we are here to help you function pain free and improve your movements to higher levels of performance while reducing the risk of injury.WHY WE ARE DIFFERENTWe are not your typical physical therapy clinic. We are a mobile clinic that conveniently works in different fitness facilities around the Raleigh-Durham Area. This requires less travel time and closer integration of rehabilitation and performance for faster, more effective results. This also allows us to work closely with your coach or trainer for a more personalized program to achieve your goals of health, fitness and competition. We understand your time is valuable and provide 1 on 1 treatment with our Doctor of Physical Therapy. We do not utilize assistants or technicians so you are confident in knowing that you will be working with a highly qualified clinician with years of experience.We walk the talk. Our clinician is in the crossfit box or on the trails right next to you.
