      The Firelink project was tasked with delivering a new TETRA WAN to the Fire and Rescue Services across the U.K. Sponsored by the Dept., for Communities and Local Government, the project is part of a £1Billion investment in the fire service by central government. As Regional Delivery Manager, I was successful in delivering the project at a regional level to London Fire Brigade, the third largest fire service in the world.Key Achievements:Cultivating a pragmatic and forward thinking team that delivered the installation of digital communication equipment to LFB's entire fleet of 350+ vehicles, on time and with no impact on operations.Delivering a bespoke control room solution with minimal impact on brigade operational capabilities.Acting as Single Point of Contact for CLG (client), LFB (end user) and the principle contractor.Representing the interests of the Firelink national project at a regional and FRS level, providing expert advice on project issues and contractual constraints to the Regional Project Board Chair.Managing Risks, Issues and Change Control at regional level to ensure minimal impact on FRS operations and to maintain project continuity.Production and implementation of the design review and acceptance process for the project.Production and implementation of the Lessons Learned \ Best Practice process for the project.
