  My job as a problem lead is to perform troubleshooting and to solve all OS related issues for customers supported by our team. One of my tasks is to perform weekly checks and data analysis on customers environments in order to take corrective actions. I'm directly involved in problems resolutions in more than 10 customers with more than 3500 servers. As delivery lead for one of the customers I'm responsible for end to end Windows support (Communication with customer, planning and executing all changes in the customer environment, advise and consult lower level of support). Here is a summary of my technical knowledge and competencies: Install, configure and maintenance on Windows Servers - from 2003 to 2016, AD, DNS, DHCP, File and Print, Failover clusters, DFSR, MS security patching, Hyper-V, VMware, Azure, TMG.
