  A teacher is a perpetual learner. Actually, a teacher learns more than a learner does, because the former has to always do research, plan, and master the knowledge before delivering it to the latter. Besides, the deontological ethics of a teacher (in the Congolese education system) prescribes that a teacher should master the knowledge and deliver it with no reference to books in class.
