I represented the company in relationship with its shareholders, stakeholders, foreign and local contractors, as well as tax offices and custom agencies. Took responsibility for the organization and coordination of different departments of company and of Social Corporate Responsibility (SCR).★ I cut costs by US$20M by structuring functional and transparent processes of permitting and land acquisition and defending a correct tax charge against noon-legally based claims.★ I delivered the project on time despite a slow start-up by motivating teams and providing incentives.★ I avoided fines and censure by ensuring compliance with governing standards.
