  I am currently the President of my club after being re-elected for a second year after being the Treasurer the year before, I run the social media that has over 1000 followers, over- run the 6th largest sports club at the University putting together shows, planning charity events, making sure we meet targets, organising our Inter-uni competition and liaising with the union, members and other sports.

  Pro bono legal work

  I work in the Derby Law School’s Community Legal Advice Clinic volunteering for a range of the available clinics such as; legal triage, immigration family reunion, SEND and family. The role entails, taking instructions, drafting letters of advice, filling in relevant forms etc. alongside our on-site solicitors for clients who cannot afford legal advice elsewhere.
