  autoTrader.ca is Canada's largest auto classifieds site for new and used cars for sale. It belongs to TRADER Corporation that is the leading digital player in Canadian automotive, boasting the top marketplaces autoTRADER.ca and autoHEBDO.net, which cumulatively generate 16.1 million visits each month.I was working at autoTrader.ca as their first ever Project Coordinator and was supporting across a 3 Tribe, 20 Squad, 150 person, Agile Digital Department. I also managed the logistics and coordinated with vendors for the GVA office. I was the JIRA administrator here and worked very closely with the project leads to organize agile ceremonies for all squads.I coordinated communications between the Chief Digital Officer (CDO), the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and other digital staff, along with coordinating with 35+ contributors for the delivery of a monthly digital department executive and board report. I worked in tandem with HR and finance departments as well. Enhancing employee experience in the GVA office was one of my KPIs. Show less

I also work on reporting the projects financials.
