      Clinical imaging data of vertebral fusion patients were collected from spine department CMC Vellore.It is subjected to descriptive statistical analysis to dervive inferences after correlating with clinical results. A data driven simulation model was developed to generate the responses for different loading conditoions.It is benchmarked with experimental results. A sensitivity analysis is performed along with a PRS based machine lerning model to predict responses for given patient data.
