Taking responsibility for onsite planning of Multi Dwelling Units in gated estates with the planners and design engineers. Directing high level meetings with Service Providers, trustees, body corporates, home owners associations, local municipalities, contractors and Clark of Works prior to project initiation and at intervals as required. Approval and ongoing audits of Health, Safety and Environment files, weekly site visits to monitor quality and progress.
