  Manage the Curative and Subordination department reps and their managers. Keep an accurate active daily log of all incoming and outgoing orders and monitor very closely to ensure all files are being worked and to also ensure that the files are being cleared in a timely manner. Assist with title clearing of the more in depth files in which require more researching and investigating. Order and approve new deeds and Credit reports. Work all purchase orders in which requires working with buyers, sellers, realtors, brokers and attorneys. Also work all manufactured home files in which requires working with DMV's, BMV's and assessors offices to retire the Certificates of Titles. Work all CEMA files which includes clearing the file, assisting with the HUD to ensure mortgage tax calculated correctly, post closing to ensure all of the required CEMA documentation has been completed and provided and assisting the recording department as well to ensure that the documents get recorded in the correct order. Create and set new procedures and processes to satisfy our Clients. Take care of billing discrepancies for certain products such as deeds and subordinations. Manage but assist with the subordination reps when they need additional help. Handle escalations from the Clients. Show less

  Onboarding- Responsible for onboarding new vendors. Will initiate the communication with the new vendors, collect the appropriate documentation to have everything ready for Procurement to complete the process.Reassessment- Complete the reassessment process on vendors who require a reassessment to be conducted. This requires obtaining information and providing the appropriate data for Procurement to complete the due diligence process. Manager- Mange the vendor/title ops teams to ensure that the individuals are completing all daily responsibilities as required. This includes ensuring that all searches are in within the SLA to ensure the Client success.Escalations- Handle and address any escalated issues for which pertain to our vendors. Supervisor - Point of contact and Radian Supervisor for all offshore contingent working individuals. Oversee all outside vendors - This includes Searchers, Notaries, Document Prep and all BPO services. I closely monitor all of our vendors to ensure that all tasks are completed within the required time frame as well as monitor and hold accountable for any and all errors. Billing- Ensure that all vendors are paid accurately and on time. This includes review of all vendor invoices as well as pulling remittance reports to ensure the accuracy. Reducing Costs- Implement cost-effective measures to achieve significant savings for the organization.Process Improvement- This includes identifying any issues or hinderances, collecting all of the data, identifying potential solutions and working with our admin support teams to implement them.
