With it being an online (clothing) company there is always troubleshooting issues to be resolved and user errors to fix. Gained invaluable experience from both a software and hardware point of view, dealing with high-end tech equipment, including top of the line laptops, printers, PC’s, monitors, TV’s etc. Learnt about how to conduct business and sales as well from observing from co-workers and asking questions about their roles and how their jobs are essential to the company.
