  I have been in charge of a team at 8 persons who have established a NPI setup, where we have build prototypes at maximum 3 week from receiving data from the costumers to a final prototype was build and send to the costumers. The NPI setup is based on 100% LEAN, which means that we have followed and full fill a lot of KPI's such as deliver prototypes with 3 weeks, get a DG1 at a certain level and to get satisfied customers.Furthermore I was the project manager who had the responsibility for all the proto types which was produces in BB Electronics DK.Another part of the job is to solve the problems in the productions when the prototypes was running together with the costumers. I am the daily leader of the technical support department in Danfoss Drives Sales Denmark.
