      Managed the divestiture of 72 stores across multiple banners, in preparation of the anticipated transfer of stores and identified staff, whilst preparing for business continuity ahead of the transfer date. Remotely manage the exit of commercial property following termination of the lease agreement, relocating all staff (approx. 300 people), to multiple office across the country. The exit took place at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic and amidst a LRA s189 process. Management of a banner store relay (114 stores) and rebranding of a dozen stores within a period of 9 months, compounded complexity through the social anarchy of July 2021 which impacted stores from operating, followed shortly thereafter by industrial strike action.
