  I am happy to share that I have started working for ISS Global Forwarding as a Control Executive -Administration, for their Aerospace and Aviation Department for Emirates. ISS GF is a part of Investment Corporation of Dubai's portfolio handling the logistics, supply chain and freight forwarding needs of some of the biggest strategic customers in the region.My Day-to-day tasks involves:• Assisting the Control Tower Manger and the Team Leader in importing shipments from other countries to Dubai for Emirates by coordinating with the Suppliers and the ISS agents/offices from the respective countries the goods are imported from. • Coordinating with the ISS operations team in collecting the imported shipment and delivering it to the warehouse. • Updating the EK billing sheet, GDC Tracker, and PO tracker on a day-to-day basis. • Creating Requisition Files and logging in Requisitions into the EK Portal to generate Purchase Orders.   My Achievements.• I was merited for the creation of the Supplier Segmentation Dashboard which enabled the Category Specialist to choose the right supplier with ease by helping them segment each supplier based on their Operational Impact and their Supply Risks.• Developed a methodology including all the signed contracts of Dubai Airports since 2020 along with their individual pricing into the eSupply portal of Dubai Airports within 6 months which helped to ease the Supply Management team to gain proper visibility of each contract and in turn validate each contract history and supplier performance.• Initiated the notion of presenting Process Flows through flowcharts for the whole Procurement Plan of Dubai Airports and for the relationship between the Supply Management team and the Legal team in relation to the Insurance Policies of each Supplier Contracts.Other Works Include:• Assisting the Performance Management team with the creation of the Supplier Segmentation Dashboard and in turn enhancing the performance of the Category Specialist by helping them select the right supplier for the work required.• Updating BAU and CPO Procurement Plan RFX template of Dubai Airports on a daily basis.• Ensuring all signed contracts and associated metadata incl. pricing is recorded in eSupply. Subsequent Work Orders and Variations are also recorded in eSupply.• Assisting the Manager with the creation of Process Flows for the different aspects of work in the Supply Management.• Monitoring of supplier documents that are expiring and following up with them to ensure these are renewed and recorded.
