      Build and enable deployment of the Corporate Reliability Excellence strategic projects in partnership with Business Groups and Enterprises Responsible for value creation via enhanced plant reliability and productivity within the grain and oilseeds technology strategic business units in Europe Responsible for the development of a sustainable reliability and maintenance organisation for a new business unit in China Deputy PM jointly responsible for the front end engineering and design (FEED) of a large (>$200 million) greenfield manufacturing complex and seaport in China. A broad and high profile role reporting to the regional operational director acting as the site leader of a >$400 million revenue manufacturing complex. Responsibility for all technical personnel, manufacturing operations, regulatory compliance and strategy execution. Management of significant OPEX and CAPEX budgets, operating in a highly regulated environment. A key role as part of the site operational leadership team coordinating resources to improve plant reliability, asset management efficiency and employee engagement, in a highly regulated and cost competitive environment. Responsible for all mechanical and reliability aspects of a major plant expansion (>$100 million) in the UK & Poland. The leader of a high profile systems based project, responsible for implementing best practice maintenance processes at a multi-site manufacturing complex in Russia. Improved overall location reliability and hence operation capability by 8% with savings of 25% generated on the maintenance expenditure over the same 4 year period. Integration team member for US$1.2 billion acquisition. Developed common metrics to identify synergy opportunities in maintenance operations on a county-by-country basis. Planning and scheduling of a large scale chemical reaction process to meet customer demands Optimised unit operations based on company best practice and six sigma techniques.
