Consulted with the engineering PM’s to deliver 21 English eLearning courses using Articulate 360. • Coordinated with translation vendor to successfully translate 14 of those courses into 5 other languages including Chinese, Korean, Japanese, French and German.• Maintained vendor relationship with our development team in India and our translation partner in Minnesota (US).• Americas Region Lead (US & MX) for Leadership Foundationso Responsible for PO creation, Kick-off and Report out webinar support, room and participant logistics, and securing key business leaders as speakers.• Responsible for PO creation in SAP, approvals, and chargebacks for our internal training program’s needs.• Maintain positive financial relationships with 25+ vendors Show less On a daily basis, I apply strong instructional design and project management skills in order to create dynamic eLearning courses for a broad range of topics including Product, Sales, Product Technology, Human Resources, Operations, Facilities, Legal, Health and Welfare, and Distribution for a global small connector design company.I balance and maintain a large project load of at least 5-8 projects at one time. I am currently also working toward my PMP Certification. To me, collaboration is key, and I do so effectively with other team members and business units globally on projects daily.I contribute to the Channel Marketing initiative to create a world-class learning portal for TE distributors, called the TE Learning Connection. I created eLearning course content as a “Content Manager”, and on other courses served as an eLearning reviewer (25 courses to date). I use Storyline to create shorter and more concise product modules for the distributor audience.I interface on a weekly basis with an India-based eLearning development vendor during the creation of courses.I am current and up-to-date on all of the latest eLearning technologies and use a variety of them daily, including PowerPoint, Word, Articulate and Adobe Suite.
