I have knowledge of how all those machines works, how to program and how to operate them in order to be ready for production.After an IATF 16949:2016 audit nonconformity I`ve developed an spare parts inventory system based on Excel VBA. It runs continuously since January 2022 and I`ve encountered no problems with it. The program is based on custom QR codes. The system uses one mini pc with an touchscreen and a barcode/QR code scanner. In addition to this, I have drawn up work instructions for quality technicians and operators.I supervised the sorting team of suspicious lots, respectively filled out sorting sheets. At the same time, I block the lots with rejected parts in the ERP system (Ordat FOSS) and organize the possible rework (where possible).I took care of the inventory and sending the verification and measurement systems to the calibration team.I helped to develop control plans for certain products.
