I was responsible for creating detailed training plans and seeing them through to completion. This required careful planning and smooth training session implementation. I also oversaw administrative duties such as certificate granting, credit evaluation, and participant feedback gathering to analyze the effectiveness of the facilitators and trainers after the training. From the first planning stages to the last execution, I was the main driving force behind many programs. I was in charge of every phase, making sure that the ideas I created were successfully implemented and coordinated with ease.I was proactive in learning new procedures, frequently collaborating directly with clients to fully comprehend their needs. After I became an expert in these procedures, I became a trainer and taught my friends and coworkers.
