  > Oversaw Youth Education for grades 6-12 and developed a four-year curriculum plan for all youth classes.> Taught High School & Middle School Bible classes on Sunday mornings & Wednesday nights> Led a youth small group> Co-ordinated all Youth Activities (Retreats, camps, service projects, etc.)> Led mission teams comprising both youth & adults to mission points each year. (Hopewell, Jamaica; Houma, LA; Ft.   > Served as Chair of the Bible Department> Developed the Curriculum Plan (Scope & Sequence) for K – 12th grade including Teaching Guides for all Middle & High School Bible classes. This includes a special examination of student’s spiritual gifts during their Senior year through various assessments & exploration of how God has prepared them for service in His Kingdom. > Serve as part-time classroom Instructor in the RCA High School. Classes have included: “An Introduction to the Bible”, “Paul & His Letters”, “Understanding the Story of God”, “The Life & Teachings of Jesus”, “Religions of the World”; “Christian Ethics”; “The Way of Jesus: an introduction to a life of discipleship”; “An Introduction to Christian formation”; “The Purpose-Driven Life” and “Introduction to Public Speaking.”> Spiritual Life Committee Chair during initial SACS/ NACS Accreditation Process (2008).> Regular speaker for daily chapel lessons.> Development of “Growing in the Character of Christ” school-wide character education emphasis for school year 2015-2016.
