  STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS OF PHOSPHORYLATED RESIDUES INVOLVED ININTERFACES OF PROTEIN COMPLEXES • Conducted analysis on protein structures using Ramachandran plots to identify potential structural misalignments and predict protein formation failures. Regions with high density of dots were identified as "low-energy" or "allowed" regions, while outliers indicated misalignments.• Utilized Tableau to analyze the hydrogen and non-bonded interactions of amino acids in SEP, PTR, and TPO proteins. SEP had the most salt bridge interactions and non-bonded contacts with all amino acid residues, while PTR had interactions with only half of the amino acids considered. TPO had hydrogen bonded interactions with all but three amino acids. These findings suggest that SEP is more likely to unfold freely due to its net electrostatic energy. Show less
