Even as our company expands, I still maintain my duties as an Account Manager and I work with the same groups I have been working with since I joined the company eight years ago. However, as Arrow grows, so to do my responsibilities. As a Principal, I have the opportunity to create and take the lead on new initiatives. Of the sixteen active initiatives we have at the company, I take part in eight and lead three. This year I have launched a new internal training program to help foster and expand the depth within our company. Our goal is to allow employees to grow professionally as well as expand and improve our services for our clients. I am one of two leads on our Marketing Team, which is working toward expanding recognition of our new brand, creating new and cohesive marketing materials, and redeveloping/creating our corporate brochure and video. I am also in charge of our internal reviews. Our team is only as successful as each individual player, so we feel it is important to consistently check in with every employee and make sure they are getting what they need to thrive within our company. By partnering with our HR consultant, I coordinate regular reviews and prepare both supervisors and employees for each meeting to make sure everyone gets the most out of these meetings. Show less

100 Sonoma is a funding circle (501-C3 Non-Profit) organized for the purpose of bringing together community members to learn about and select one Sonoma County non-profit annually to receive a significant financial gift. One Hundred People Who Care, give $100 each for a total of $10,000 to the chosen non-profit. 100 People Who Care Sonoma is led by a small grass roots board of directors. We are particularly interested in raising awareness of smaller non-profits and community service programs that are not necessarily well known but do important work and are in need of funding. This was an amazing experience! It was an honor sharing this evening with so many community supporters who all thoughtfully shared their reasons for participating in this important event. No child should be homeless and this is a battle we can win, together. #SAY #EndYouthHomelessness
